Hello.
I understand that I download the zip package, unzip it and put it on the TeraStation and then run TSUpdater.exe.
My question is, can I run the firmware upgrade without worrying about losing anything on my TeraStation?

Should be fine but data it's never 100% gauranteed, if it's important then you should have a backup.
