Hi, I have a LinkStation 520D and I have some users who claims their files are missing. On an old post, somebody wrote the same and the only answer was that somebody is deleting the files. I searched on trashbox folder and I couldn't find the missed files.
Is There a way to recover these files?

Hi there... I found this folder "trashbox" to be in the files of the "shared" folder that I created and due to the attributes of "recycle bin" being enabled.  So for example, if you want to see what is in the folder goto (on a pc in the search area) "\\nameofnas\nameofshare\trashbox".  When I did this I could get to it but then I looked inside the folder as I only have one named "Photos" and inside that folder was "trashbox".  If you delete the trashbox folder with the "recycle bin" enabled in "Shared Folder Settings" , the trashbox will come back. I tried to post a screenshot but can't figure out how.  Anyway, Hope this helps... :)
