LS-QVL Firmware Upgrade 1.75

I get a message saying my Linkstation 1.74 needs upgrading to 1.75 but when I try from Navigator it starts but does not finish and I have to turn off.
I also tried upgrading via Windows(10) using LSupdate app but this does not complete.
Any ideas.

download the firmware:
https://www.buffalotech.com/support/downloads/linkstation-pro-quad

and flash it manually.

Er  I had already tried that and it didn't work.

When I clicked Update it displayed progress screen "Waiting for Linkstation" then "Searching for Linkststion" but didn't update.

Try another pc.
or
deactivate firewall and security tools

I have flashed my LS-QVL this way without problem.
Windows 10 64bit without modifikations.
