I have a Buffalo Link Station Live (HS-DH1000GL)

I wanted to know how to upload files from the internet onto the server...

by using the web access feature....

Enable web access, forward port 9000 to the IP of the NAS (TCP/UDP).  Then when you set up your NAS for Web Access it will set you up with a username.
