Hi,

I am unable to access the web portal on my linkstation. I found the instructions on resetting the factory settings by holding in the func button for 10 seconds. I even noticed the light turn blue before I let go. But when I try to log in with the default un/pw im still getting "Either the User Name or Password is incorrect". Not sure what I am doing wrong or why is isn't working. Has anyone else had this issue..if so how did you fix it?
