LS420 issue

I have an LS420D0802 that occasionally would drop off the network. A simple reboot would always fix it.

Now I cannot access the NAS after multiple reboots. NAS Navigator cannot find it either. Synthetic Voice

The info light is showing I54 - A backup job has failed.

The power LED is not illuminating at all, even though the unit is running, fans and hard drives are spinning. The hard drives and RAID were both healthy previously. I don't understand what happened. Any help is greatly appreciated!
