My client just purchased a new Nas server. I set it up on the network, shared a folder. I can see the folder and map the folder to all of my windows 10 based workstations running on a desktop platform. I have a windows 10 surface pro ( full version of windows) that can not see the nas server via my network but can access it via the ip address using a web browser. Is there a know issue with the way surface pro network is set up that wouldn't allow it to see the nas server?

If it's new you should probably start by contacting Buffalo Support.

That's how i ended up here. I cant find a support number, the one listed on their website was a dead conference call number.
