I keep getting this error everytime the linkstation tries to do something extensive like updating the media:

:Error

:Disk is unusable

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

Content-Transfer-Encodeing: 7bit

DISK Error Notification

HDD error occurred

Disk(s) the error occurred

:UnknownDisk()

This drive is faulty.

I dont understand I keep getting these errors. Today alone I have received over 100 of them. I am worried that my drive is about to blow up! One other thing I dont understand is why is there no moderators here. It seems that I post a question and sometimes get an answer overnight. Are the moderators not in the US?

I try to answer as many posts as possible, but I don't necessarily work everyday and often times I am busy with calls, emails and/or testing.  Also every once in a while I might just not see an unansered post.  For that I apologize.

If you are getting several disk errors you can contact us for a replacement or attempt a disk erase.  The disk erase can take 3-5 days however.
