Cannot access one of the shared folders on Terastation

Yesterday, when uploading files to shared folder on our Terastation 5410DN, I received a 'Out of Memory' error from Windows Explorer (Windows 10 Pro)
I checked if it was my computer, but not the case.
I logged into the web page on the NAS and noticed the memory was usage was at 50% but CPU usage was at a level I typically always see it at.

So, I restarted my computer and reconnected to the NAS.  I was not able to access the share, which is setup to sync with Wasabi Cloud Storage using the service setting of 'Other Amazon S3 API Compatible Service'.  Now, keep in mind, this was working for two weeks, successfully synchronizing with Wasabi.
Now, when I attempt to access the shared folder setup for the S3 sync, I get this:
Error Code: 0x0070043 - Network Cannot be Found.
I can still access the other shared folders on the NAS, just not that one.
I had Buffalo Support connect with me and we suspect the Wasabi Access Key ID is the problem since connectivity is fine and we can still access everything else on the unit.
Currently, the NAS indicates 'Disconnected' for the for the Cloud Storage connection.

I contacted Wasabi Support and had me check all the usual stuff that I had already gone through a gazillion times.
The worst of it all is there is over 400GB of data that our Laboratory Scientists need for our daily operations.
Has anyone seen this behavior?
Would that share become unavailable because it cannot connect to the Wasabi Cloud Storage bucket?
We are a bit desparate at this moment.
