When Fetch does a mdtm its getting the local time for the which is GTM-8:00,  Then Fetch , which is running on a computer at GTM-800, is subtracting the -8:00 making the file look older that it is.

Are others seeing this issue with mdtm command?

Is there a fix for this other than changing my Buffalo to GTM-0:00?
