Hi all,

I have a LS-CH500L Buffalo LinkStation Live. Bought last week, manfactured August 2009.

It's firmware is version 1.10. I see there is a firmware upgrade to v1.21 on the support site, but it emphasizes that I will kill the unit if it's not hardware version 2. How can I ascertain which version I am running? There are elements of red in the GUI but I don't know what any other hardware version looks like! :smileyhappy:

Thanks in advance.

You have the version 2.  Anything below 1.09 is the version 1.
