I have just replaced all 4 Disks in the controller from 500GB to 1TB, I have followed the TFTP procedure  as outlined in this Forum, and when I ran the TFTP Boot Exe, the command window did say the message ".......Blocked served". After this it started in EM Mode, but when I reboot the unit it is not working.

Can you please help.

After it boots into EM mode you must flash the firmware.  The TFTP is only a temporary kernal.

Is there any tutorial available on how to flash the firmware or will you be able to explain the process for me.

Thanks for your help.

Download the latest firmware from our website (support > Downloads), select you product by name or model number and download the latest version of the firmware (1.33 for your unit, I believe).  Extract the file, make sure all of your firewalls are off and the NASNAVI is completely closed out.  Open the extracted file and run the TSUpdater.exe file.  It will find the unit and you will just need to click update.
