I fomatted this drive, new out of the box to NTFS.  Upon doing so, I lost the preloaded Memeo Autoback up software.

 

How do I download this software from Buffalo without getting a 30 day trial version that I will eventually have to pay for?

Hi,

 

I too formatted my HD without first saving the software that was on the HD. I have downloaded the power save software for the site but it does not seem to work. This is the main piece of software I'm after as my PC is on kost of the day!

I get the message ' it was not possible to change thehard disc to ppower saving mode'. I have a Drivestation 1.0tb. Can anyone help??

To use the power safe mode you must use the nas navagatior 2 software.  This software keeps the unit awake, also if you need a memeo key please email info@buffalotech.com
