Hi Experts,

I'm currently using LS-XHL Linkstation Pro 2.0TB. I have a minor problem when copying or moving files from one floder to the other. The way I was copying was just mapping a drive on my Windows XP to that Linkstation Pro over my GigabitEthernet interface. But when I copied files, says from L:\TORRENT\ to L:\MOVIES\. It looked like the traffic was coming back and forth to my Windows XP, and it was very very slow. Do we have any techniques to make this faster ? Just like the files are transferred locally on the NAS.

Please advise.

Thanks,

I just did the same thing i was getting 9/MB per second with a ts3,   With the ls pro xhl I was getting 6/MB per second to move files within the device.  I"m pretty sure that's the only way to do it atm.
