HD-CE500U2 clicking

I have an HD-CE500U2 drive station. Serial #95504181250322. The drive is constantly clicking and neither of my two computer can see the drive. The clicking sometimes stops for a short time, then begins again. The drive is only a few months old and was seldom used until recently.

Faulty hard drive by the sounds of it. It will probably need to be replaced.

   Call your local support and ask for a replacement since it's less than a year old.
