No user auth on share with LS-ch1.0TL

Hy,

Ive got a problem with my new device. Bought last week a brandnew  LS-CH1.0TL       firmware 1.1!!!??

 

On this NAS i can apply shares, but it only works if  the shares are cofnfigured with no userrestrictions.

When user authentification is configured, I have no write acces.

First i tried to configure with firefox, but the field to toggle between  read and write can`t be reached.

It was not possible, to switch the user to write access!!

 

 

Then I took  MS Inetexplorer. Now i could switch the users rights to write access.

But from clientcomputer is it not possible to write into share. The systems answers, the user has not enough rights:

 

To solve the problem, i tried to update the firmware downwards  to version  1.07.   In the lsupdater I switched to debug mode and checked force update.

This also didn`t work.

 

Whats now to do?

Is the firmwareversion correct?

If you have version 1.1 anything you should update to 1.21

I`ve tried this, but I couldn´t download Version 1.21. 

Before the download I was asked for the  serialnumber.

I put the number from bottom of the device ( barcode etikett  ) but this seemed to be wrong.

The SN of my device is :  15 84 57 90 90 51 02   G                   --  LS-CH1.0TL - EU

 

It may be dangerous, because Version 1.21 is only  usable for HW V2 .

I don´t know exactly if i have the new HW Revision which is compatible with the SW 1.21!!!

And how can I get the Version 1.21?

Is my Serialnumber wrong?

That is because you are trying to download it from the US website when your product was purchased in the UK.  When you are at our website click on the map in the upper right.  Make sure you select the UK.
