Hello,
i have a TS-QVH12TL/R6EU with the SN 65857724400046 and all HDD´s are new. I want to install the system OS on the NAS. Can you please sent me a link to download it?

I the past i had this issue to with this ticket number: 56-122565

You can create your own recovery disk via this method (otherwise, you can usually buy one from buffalo support):

Then you can follow this process after booting from it into EM mode:
