I have an Asus G50V notebook with Windows 7 Ultimate. Aftermthe latest updates of windows 7, I can't browse the HG400LAN. I'm able to see the HG400 after downloding the new NAS Navigator 2, but it does not allow me to browse. Thanks.

Try to remap the main shared folder.  start button, in the search box, \\ip address of the device.  Right click on the folder you want to have access to in my computer and go to map network drive.  Give it a letter and see if it comes back up in "computer".  I tested a variety of our devices with windows 7 and haven't had issues browsing to shared folders  or accessing the gui.  If you recently added any new hardware to your network, or reset your router, could have changed the ip address that it got from the routers dhcp.
