Hi, I've been using a Linkstation with no problems for around a year. I'm still able to access it with no issues via file explorer on two laptops (both with Windows 10). However I cannot see the NAS via NAS Navigator 2, v2.9.11, and am therefore unable to access settings.

Any idea how to resolve please?

I would suspect that an OS update is likely blocking NAS Navigator. You can always access the settings by pointing a web browser at the IP address.

Thanks - managed to get access. Ended up resetting the admin password and now have access via Nav2.
