Replacing Buffalo WZR-1750HDP router, what makes the most sense?

I'm trying to find the best solution that will meet our needs:

Ability to see current and historical bandwidth usage by device (or user)

Ability to set limits on Internet usage for specific wired and wireless devices

Good WiFi coverage of a 2900 sq. ft. house (we have 2 ethernet connections to every bedroom upstairs and 2 wired connections to family room downstairs.) The current router has decent coverage from a bedroom in the center of the house. But it might be nice to have APs downstairs or outside toward the pool area. I can add additional PoE ethernet runs in the attic to outside eaves if necessary.
