Firmware Update Message for LS420D0202 but none available

Today I came home from holiday weekend to find this NAS device with amber light and NAS Navigator 2 message as of today showing Firmware update is available.  My search for firmware only shows version 1.85 which was available in 2018 and that version already shows on this device in NAS Navigator 2.  Tried to turn off Linkstation and turn back on.  I have updated firmware previously and, therefore, I believe I know what I am doing although I really do need some support for this product.  A bit frustrating that support is not available (practically speaking) for an out of warranty product even on a purchase basis.  I'm beginning to think that Buffalo Tech does not intend for these devices to be used by consumers or by other than IT professionals.  Any hints would be appreciated.
