I have an LS421DE which is now not accessible, on checking the status I see both drives have failed within 15 minutes of each other.

Error:
E:30 Drive 1 error, replace the drive immediately! (2019/11/11 13:57:28 )
E:30 Drive 2 error, replace the drive immediately! (2019/11/11 13:42:52 )

Status:
I12: The raid is in degraded mode.

Do I really need to replace both drives? As both have the error what are the chances of a full recovery?  Or is this more likely an issue with the NAS hardware itself?

Thanks in advance.

I've isolated my issue to a faulty power supply block, as using another one from my other NAS has got me gong again, right now I resolving a corrupted firmware.  Does anyone know where I can get a replacement power cable and brick from?

That makes sense.

I've had good luck with all the 12v 4a adapters I've tried,
