Serial not recognized when downloading utilities from site

Hi, I have a Ministation HD-FG320U2/BK-AP which I bought from CarreFour hypermart here in Malaysia. I accidently formatted my disk and have lost the utilities. Now I am trying to download it from this the support site, but it does not seem to recognize my serial number. I notice that this problem is a recurring one being faced by others as well. How do I go about resolving my serial number issue?

You'll need to contact Malaysian support for assistance. Our downloads page only works with North American serial numbers.

It doesn't look like that Buffalo product is in the Malaysia download section. I'll have them add it to the site or get you a download URL for your product.

HD-FG320U2/BK is not a valid part number for any Buffalotech product. Please check your product and post the correct part number - then I will have that product added to the Malaysian site.

 

It's probably one of these ministations:

 

HD-PE320U2/BK-AP

HD-PX320U2/BK-AP
