Hi,

I'm trying to take an image of my computers hard drive using g4l through FTP.

I have run the CD at boot and it asks for an FTP address to which I put the IP address of the LinkStation (I have also tried ftp://IP-ADDRESS)

I enter my admin username and password (I have also created new user/pass and assigned relevant permissions through the WebAdmin) but it won't work.

It says: ncftptut status = 5

and number 5 on the list is: Directory change failed.

They're on the same subnet and have the same Gateway.

Any ideas as I'm ripping my hair out here :(

Thanks in advance :)
