Firmware 3.10 ERROR serial number ?? LS-WTGL/R1-V3 F/W 3.09

I can not download firmware 3.10 (error serial number), but the number 100 % correct why ??!!! Thanks.

Did you purchase the unit in the US?

   Did you try to download from the German or UK Buffalo website? The Buffalo US download site is for US/Canada serial numbers only.

On the european site is not a new FW, the latest 3.09,

can anyone put out one link to download it without s/n,
for the hardware version with 2 USB ports.

No we cannot.  If the firmware isnt available on your regions page then you cannot get it.  All devices are specific to region!

   I asked Buffalo UK to post 3.10 on the UK and German site.

No they are not. Same devices. My device uses US 3.09 currently and US never NAS navigator utlity. EU-sites deliver old software that doesn't work at all. EU nas navigator 2.11 cannot woke up the device under vista or windows 7 Some devices might have differences, but these are exactly same in hardware. Speed up the process delivering working software to EU sites and people don't need to use US ones if it's problem for you.
