Strange issue with auto switch and WOL

Hi,

 

I am using WOL over internet which works fine.  I start using it i.e. either ftp or from buffalonas which is fine but after every 3-4 mins it seems to go back to sleep even though at that point i am using the hard disk either uploading or downloading.

 

Has anyone come across this issue?
