Pro Duo problems

Hey all, this might be a little long winded.  I've been having problems with one of my Pro Duo's (the other works fine).  It all started when I couldn't access the unit.  I couldn't browse the shares nor even get into the Web Access.  The only way to get it back up and functioning would be to pull the power plug.  Because it won't shut itself down via the switch on back.  After pulling the plug and plugging it back in, I started to get the red light flashing 7 times at me, which according to the manual, means bad ROM, LAN, or Controller.  After another uplug/replug, it then got the flashing 3 times error which means something with the disk.  I decided to go into web access and perform a reset.  I did this and then wiped the raid config and redid the raid config.  Everything was then all good for a couple days.  Now it's back to freezing on me.  I can't access the shares or web access until I unplug/replug.  Then it works for a day, then I have to restart the cycle again.  I also updated it to the latest 3.09 firmware.  I've also tried accessing it from different computers with the same problem.

 

Any idea's?  I'm thinking maybe the ROM is bad.

Sounds like bad ROM to me, I would contact your local support for a replacement.
