Linkstation LS-Q6.0TL/R5 - slow

When viewed over the internet the drive performs at an acceptable speed but when its used on my internal network it will not transfer at over 600k.

 

if i transfer a 3mb photo from pc to pc it there in seconds if i try to view the same photo from the linkstation it takes around 1 minute which is stupid.

 

any help appreciated.

What firmware are you using?  Also have you tried resetting the unit?
