Serial number problem

I purchased a LinkStation ProDuo and am trying to download the software but the download page says that my serial number is invalid. What can I do?

I have access to the FTP site.

Which files do I need to download for the LS-W2.0GL/R1 installation CD?

I downloaded on file but it was the firmware update only.

I also need the NAS Navi software for PC and MAC.

Use the Terastation Pro II, it doesnt require a serial number and has the NASNAVIs for both.

I dont need the firmware.

I only want the install CD image.

Yeah, just go to the Pro II for the NAVIs. Did you need the Image for some reason?

Yes. I would like a image of the install CD as my refurb from e-cost did not come with one.
