Have a unit that was getting a FW update when power was lost to it. Now it boots up with Emergency Mode No Array Info.   Have tried the NS tool and it does not detect it nor does the TSUpdater tool. Any other suggestions before I RMA? There is no data on the unit so not worried about losing anything.

What doe the updater tool say?  Also did the IP address default, make sure you set a static IP that will work with it on your computer.

The box is 192.168.11.150 the updater says TS-RHTGL that needs updating wasn't found.

That is the default IP are you sure that works with your computer?  It has to be on the same subnet (192.168.11.X).

The TS is using 192.168.11.150  and the PC is using 192.168.11.149.  The PC can Ping the TS.

Does it show a firmware version?  Also does anything different happen when you reboot it?

The display shows:

Emergency Mode No Array Info

Firmware Version  Ver. NO INFO

TS-RHTGL EM87D
