Good Afternoon

We have supplied and installed a DH750GL which for the first week worked perfectly, backing up from 3 systems not beeps, errors or anything of the sort..all fine..

Suddenly one morning we receive a call from our client saying that the drive is making a loud beeping noise and there are no lights on the unit????? Client decided to unplug the unit from mains power for an hour, plugged back in and all is well again for a couple of days.  Few days later, same thing, no power just a loud beeping!. Unit unplugged once again for a while, reconnected and is fine again for a few days????? Has anyone got any idea if this is a common fault?

Thanks very much.

Never heard of that before.  Do you have the unit plugged into a UPS?  It seems that maybe the power got knocked out or a surge possibly?  Thats about all I could think of.
