Unable to use Bittorrent function to download

Hello,

 

I am unable to get the bittorrent function of my LS QUad to work correctly.  It will not download any torrents that I set it up for.  I download the *.torrent file, select add from file, and it adds the information, but the download never progresses past 0%.  It will show me the size of the file, but has 0 for seeds, peers, ratio and all of the other pieces.  The same torrent file can be used on my PC with a product like Vuze to download the file, so it is not the .torrent file.  I do not have any ports blocked.  Please help.
