I have model CS-WV with 1TB capacity, i can replace 6TB & mirroring 6TB?
and, i want to join Domain to server , this model possible

No domain support on that one. For hard drives you can only try, AFAIK it was never sold with 6Tb hdds. Array size needs to be below 16tb as it is a 32bit system, apart from that you can only try what it takes as max. It's one of the old Cloudstations so not sure about that firmware on it.
