Hey guys, I just recently purchased a Drivestation Flexnet 1TB. I thought file transfers were kinda slow, so I decided to format it. I also changed the name of the external hard drive. Now when I use the browseHD application on my computer, it asks for the password. I input it, but it says either the password is wrong or the host name was changed. I tried to install it again with the CD but the Securelockware program doesn't come up with the option to create an encryption box. Please help guys.

Did you format it to NTFS?  You cannot format the unit into NTFS it will lose its NAS capabilities.  You have to keep the unit into FAT32.

I don't know if i did format it to that, but thanks for replying. Everything is ok now I think, after formatting it on the settings page from my browser. The shared folder is back, but the only thing missing is the secure lock program within the shared folder.

If you formatted it then the data that was on it will be deleted.  To retrieve the software, go to our website.
