I have tried to update the firmware and browse to these units via NASNavigator from both a Vista and XP SP3 box - no dice.

I can however get to them through Windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

If you can access the shares through Windows (explorer i pressume) but nothing shows in the Nas navi then more than likely you have a firewall or anti virus application blocking the communication.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

I wish that was it but I turned off firewall and anti-virus and still no dice. Sorry that I forgot to include that in my original post.

I stand corrected!

I turned off my firewall and anti-virus (Comodo Internet Security) but when I more closely reviewed things I found that I still needed to add NASNAvigator to the Trusted Applications database. Once I did that I was able to use NASNavigator and update the date and time. Now to get the firmware update/upgrade.

Btw, this problem was solved on Windows 7 Ultimate - so we now know that the current version of NASNAvgatori is compatible with Windows 7 x64.

Thanks again!
