Serial # cannot been recongised by the site. for HD-PEU2

Hi there,

 

My HD-PE320U2/WH can't be recongised by the wed for driver download.  I know its shouldn't need a driver for Vista, but somehow it doesn't install itself, but it works fine on my Netbook which runs XP.

There is no driver download for the unit on our site, just the Cd image.  You said that it works fine on an XP machine.  Does the unit show up in Disk Management or in your Device Manager on the Vista Machine?
