I had a hard drive fail in my RAID 5 array in my TeraStation Pro TS-RHTGL/R5 F/W 1.33, and I've replaced. The drive is recognized but when I go to Disk Managment and RAID setup I am unable to select the new disk and click restructure because all the disk are currenlty selected and both the disks and the restrucure button are greyed out. What should I do?

If your only option is to delete the raid array (or change raid array) (which im guessing it is) then this is your only option. Please be aware that this will erase all the data contained on the unit. I hope you had a backup!

Please correct me if you have other options available

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

Are you still geting an Array error?  Try unchecking and then rechecking the box next to the disk that you replaced, does it give you options then?  I would also try rebooting the unit.

Yes, I am still getting an arrary error, but the ability to check or uncheck any of the boxes is unavailabe.

A problem occureed with the software raid itself. Im afraid it would seem the only option is to delete and recreate the raid. Again this will result in the data being lost.
