My new TeraStation arrived with two of the disk trays loose.  I pushed them back and locked them into position.  When I check the web page interface, it shows disks 2 and 3 in an error state.  If I check rediscover disks, it does find and report their model numbers.  However, they remain in an error state. The LCD display is red and says HD 1_2_3_4 Used/Can't mnt RAID/Disk 2,3 broken

What now?  Should I reformat the array and start over?

If the answer is not simple, I will probably just return this for a new one.

If you just got it I would return it.
