Best option for setup

I just purchased a LS220D 4TB X 2 .   I want to be able to set the device to mirror.  I currently have 2 laptops and a desktop that I want to mirror but want the ability to add maybe 2 more devices down the line.   I can not find what I need to do to set it up this way.  I have the three users defined .    I am also have a problem with the quick setup, where when I double click the device ICON it doesn't proceed.    How do I access the Network and Sharing center?
