Fail on table 1 Raid 0 however no disks problems

just having this issue where i cant access the SMB folders and figure out that i'm having Raid issues.

If i restart the Buffalo device, it mounts the Table1 just fine, however, if i try to access it it changes to Fail

The disks status are Table1/Normal only the Table1 has fail on it

no changes was made to it. hope i dont have to format the whole thing
