Some XP machines ask for password when connecting to Terrastation PRO

I'm trying to connect to a Terrastation PRO on our network.

Most machines, XP and Mac OS X, connect just fine.  One XP machines is asking for a password.  I've tried using the admin username & password.  I've tried creating a new account and logging in with it, but that's not working either.

Any ideas?  I've checked all network settings between a machine that CAN connect and one that CAN'T and they seem to be identical.

Thanks,

Andy

How are you trying to connect, via a mapped share, NASNAVI or //IP??

I open up an Explorer window and type in:

\\servername

Works on most computers

I've also tried mapping...sometimes that works, sometimes not

Disconnect from any shares that may be mapped and then restart the computer.  Then try to access it via \\IP in the run command.  Map your most restricted shares first and see if that helps.
