Stuck updating firmware

Hi,

We had a failed hard drive in our TS-RXL/R5 series NAS box, whilst replacing the hard drive we carried out the firmware upgrade. This doesn't appear to have worked despite leaving it for a couple of hours.
Does anyone know how to resolve this,

The EM mode was detected, Update firmware or contact your local technical support.

Manually reinstall the firmware using the updater application.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
