Problem with update for LS-WX2.0TL/R1-EU

Hi everyone,
I have problem after TFTP send packages. The device slow down rpm of the fan and inner where are located HDD turn on red light. But the problem is that the device is not recognized and nas navigator show UNINSPECT - EM136. EM136 means Emergancy Mod and 136 are last 3 digits of the MAC address. OK but now LSUpdater wont to find this storage and here is the problem. Is there any solution for that.
