I have had my WZR-600DHP for 1 year now and I have never actually gotten my full speed via the wireless connection.  I get my full 160-200 Mbps when wired in but when using wireless I maybe get 40 or 50 if I'm lucky.  I've tried resetting it multiple times and have seen no change.  One thing to note is that the LEDs on the front of my air station have never done anything other than blink amber, not sure if that is part of the problem or not.

I realize this is an older model but would appreciate any help!!!

You'll never get the same wireless speed as you do wired.

Same here. The speed on Wireless N at 5 GHZ gets only 20-30 mbps range.
