TeraStation Pro won't connect to domain

Trying to connect TeraStation to our Active Directory domain which is called

st-cuthbert.sthelens.org.uk with all the correct administration details no avail.

 

The error I recieve is "The entered Active Directory Domain Controller Name (computer name) contains at least one invalid character.
The Active Directory Domain Controller Name (computer name) may include up 63 alphanumerical characters , a hyphen `-` and an underscore `_`."

   What is the name of the actual domain controller?  And does it have any special characters such as a space?
