Cant get NAS Navigator to downloand

I have a CloudStor Pro Network Storage - CS-WV2.0/1D. My system crashed and no I need to reload the NAS Navigator however I can seem to find it.  The one place on the website I thought I'd found it on will not load. I have Windows 10. Can someone help or tell me where I can get a download of navigator that works?

You haven't unzip it!
