TS Backup to rotating USB drives

We have a TS in a remote office that we uses as a backup storage repository. Pulling the data to a larger office isnt an option due to the low bandwidth this office has. Backing up to the TS works fine  but I would really like to get the data off site somehow. My thought was rotating USB drives. I have two at the moment and have a user onsite who can connect/ship the drive when needed. My issue is getting the backup jobs set correctly so they only backup the changed data.

Any suggestions as to the best way to accomplish this?
thanks

Here's a KB article with the appropriate steps. It also outlines how each type of backup operates.
