TS-RXL 948 show only system information

Hi,

we use TS-RXL 948 tera station and when we login in to station via web interface it only show very shirt information and we can not configure any things please see image as our tera station looks like

and also we have E14 cannot mount array how can we solve this problem without losing data, we have raid 5 for 4 HDD's
