Terastation live is now in EM mode, how do I recover?

Terastation live was acting very strange. I tried to access folder but took forever to get into the folder, the web based admin screen also slow to respond.
I had just finished up freeing up like over 500GB of space by deleting things int he trash folder.
I did a reset and then after a few minutes started hearing the beeping sound and an alarm saying " System error E04 Can't load KRNL "

I need to find out how to fix this. Please help.
