Hi,

yesterday, my linkstation LS210D0301, which is 3 years old, starting flashing red 7x. According to the user manual, it means error I07, Firmware corrupted.
I tried contacting the support, but since it's out of warranty, I can't contact them, even via email.

Is there a way to fix this?
Do I still have a way to contact support via email?

Thanks for your help

davo

The firmware is corrupt or you have a HDD failure. You can try a TFTP boot but if the HDD is faulty this won't work, also, even if it does work the data is erased in the process.

If you need the data then contact a data recovery company.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!

Have i helped you? Buy me a coffee as a thanks!

Thanks for your answer, davo.
No way to fix it without losing the data?
And is there a way to contact the support via email, outside of the warranty period?

Thanks
